Led development of Wantedly's Engagement Suite — a trio of products (Perk, Pulse, Story) designed to strengthen employee engagement.
Overview
When Wantedly launched its Engagement Suite in January 2020, I joined the team in April to lead development. The suite comprised three distinct products targeting different dimensions of employee engagement.
Products
- Perk — Employee benefits and perks management
- Pulse — Member condition and wellbeing monitoring
- Story — Internal communications and company newsletter platform
Role
Served as team lead with primary ownership of the Story product, overseeing its design, development, and release. Coordinated across the three product tracks to ensure a coherent suite experience.
