- Backend development using Ruby on Rails
- Contributed to platform architecture and feature development across the full lifecycle
- Served as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and continuous improvement for the engineering team
Context
Working at an early-stage startup with a small team meant wearing many hats — shipping features, maintaining infrastructure, and helping the team work effectively. The Scrum Master role developed skills in facilitation, communication, and team dynamics alongside technical depth.
